On 11/06/06 at 09:43 hours, officer(s) Small (4668) responded to a Call-in at 2602 Mt. Moriah and victimBarton advised advised she is the manager of the Mapco Express The suspect came into the store and paid for twenty dollars of gas. Complaint advised the gas pump was turned on and the suspect pumped thirty dollars of gas and left without paying the ten dollars he pumped over the amoiunt he paid.
