Police Narrative:
On 11/06/06 at 08:27 hours, officer(s) J. Hussey () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 5612 Apple Blossom and victim advised that she was assaulted by suspect her live in boyfriend. victim stated she had one child by suspect. victim stated she got into an argument with suspect. suspect grabbed her by her arm as. victim attempted to leave out the front door. suspect used his forehead to hit her forehead and he then used his hands to smack her around. suspect then grabbed victim by her hair and dragged her to the backroom and continued to hit her. victim attempted to get out the back door but it was locked. suspect continued to pull on her and hit her. suspect kept telling victim why was she making all that noise to be quiet. victim got away and attempted to open a window. suspect grabbed her threw her on the couch and began chocking her. suspect left the residence with his brother who witnessed the incident. Officer observed that Vic: Corona had visible bruises, scratches and swelling on the left side of her face, under her left eye and right arm. Vic: Corona was advised and issued a victim/witness form. A holdharmless was completed and photos were taken.
