Police Narrative:
On 11/05/06 at 17:57 hours, officer(s) Ortega (9999) and Davis,L. (9999) responded to a Shoplifting/Misdemeanor at 6075 winchester and victimJones advised complainant who works at sears and was monitoring survelliance camera, observed juvenile suspect place a belt into his left front pocket of his jacket. He was leaving the store when stopped by complainant. Off-duty officers on secondary employment made the scene. Juveniles mother was there and was very angry at her son. He was issued juv. Summons and released, merchandise returned to store.
