Police Narrative:
On 11/04/06 at 13:05 hours, officer(s) Conley (1629) responded to a Call-in at 4358 Castle Heights and victim advised his vehicle was parked on the street in front of his house. The victim stated he went outside to wash his vehicle and noticed his license plate was gone. The victim stated he knew his license plate was on his vehicle when he parked it on the street. There is no suspect information.
