Police Narrative:
Defendant was observed standing in front of a vacant house to make a hand to hand transaction. Upon checking the defendant he was ask if had any weapons or drugs on him. He stated I got a straight shooter. Found in his left jacket pocket was a glass pipe commonly used to smoke crack. Defendant had no ID and was arrested and transported to 201 Poplar.
