Police Narrative:
On 11/02/06 at 13:28 hours, officer(s) E Jackson (4381) responded to a Theft & Recovery/Pass Recovery/Passenger Vehicle at 5926 Rosewind and complainant advised he received a call to 5926 Rosewind concerning a stolen 1995 Pontiac, blue. Officer Jackson observed the Pontiac with a broken steering column and the dash had been removed. Officer Jackson talked with Comstat and was advised that an MVT report was taken but somehow the vehicle was not entered into NCIC. The Report# is . The vehicle is registered to victim, at 962 Maple, Mphs Tn. The vehicle was towed to the city lot by Ds Wrecker Service.
