Police Narrative:
On 11/01/06 at 00:01 hours, officer(s) Hendree () and Morris (1866) responded to a Vandalism/Misdemeanor at 4464 Valley Crest and victim advised that earlier tonight suspect broke out victims drlver side front window with his fist. victim advised that she and witness followed witness's husband to 4461 Valley Trace Cove. suspect became angry when his wife took his phone trying to find out who he had been having an affair with. According to victim suspect then demanded his phone back and punched out the left front window . He then left the scene in a white Lexus. Both victim and witness stated no physical assault occurred .
