On 10/31/06 at 13:46 hours, officer(s) Conley (1629) responded to a Call-in at 5939 Black Rock and victimStrauch advised he is a real estate agent that sold the house at the listed location. The complainant stated the house is vacant and for sale and someone stole the central air unit. The complainant stated he showed the house Saturday, 10-28-06, and the air unit was there. The complainant stated he returned to the home to meet the inspectors, Tuesday 10-31-06, and the air unit was gone. There is no suspect information. The complainant stated the air unit was in the back yard and there was no breaking or entering involved to steal the unit.
