Police Narrative:
On 10/30/06 at 14:07 hours, officer(s) Jones D (1064) and Harden (2645) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4334 Feldspar cv and victim advised she confronted her boyfriend suspect about a women that came to their house on 10/28/06. The suspect then began hitting and pushing her back and head against the wall of the house. The victim advised she made several attempts to get away from the suspect but he wouldnt let her arms a loose. The victim advised the suspect have physically and verbally abused her in the past. The suspect was not on the scene when ofcs arrived. The victim refused any medical treatmentm and was not transported from the scene. DV photos were taken of the victims injuries and a hold harmless form was signed.
