Police Narrative:

On 10/29/06 at 19:07 hours, officer(s) M.gehringer (6875) and C.moore (1710) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4230 running brook and Anonymous advised he is the neighbor of the victim and suspect. Anonymous advised he observed the suspect and victim arguing and that its a constant problem. Tonight anonymous advised he saw victim laying on the ground on her knees, and the suspect standing over her, yelling at her. After a few minutes the victim got in her vehicle and left the area. Anonymous went to check on the victim and anonymous advised the victim was crying and hysterical. Anonymous called police. Upon officers arrival officers met with the anonymous neighbor, and he pointed out where the victim was. Officers located the victim and she advised she was arguing with her boyfriend ( suspect ). She has been living with the suspect for 13 months. The suspect during the argument about his drug use, grabbed the victims prescribed perkiset pills, and started taking them. suspect was told several times to get out of the victims vehicle, by the victim. suspect refused and kept touching her saying " baby I just wanna talk. " victim stated she pushed him away several times, but the suspect grabbed her harder. victim at this point bit the suspect to get him away. The suspect then grabbed the victims pills and purse again, and took them with him. victim attempted to get them back. But suspect kicked her in the leg, and punched the victim in the chest, and threw victim onto the ground, and threw the pills and purse at her. At this point the victim gathered her belongings and left the scene. The suspect who was still on the scene when officers arrived, suspect told officers he did not do anything, and that nothing happened. That the victim is making everything up. The suspect was arrested and transported to 201 poplar. The victim signed a hold harmless formed.
