Police Narrative:
On 10/28/06 at 18:01 hours, officer(s) Cunningham () responded to a Intimidation at 6380 E Holmes and victim advised that there was a forklift accident today involving an employee, who afterwards wanted to go home but complainant Reynolds told him to stay because their policy entails that he give a statement and then take a drug test. Reynolds, a lead there at Flextronics, advised that suspect Robinson, that employees friend, spoke up accusing Reynolds of being a "house slave" among other things, and that he (Robinson) is from Orange Mound and so would not take that. Reynolds advised that suspect Robinson told off his yellow jacket and walked up to Robinson threateningly as he said these things, and added that he had "something for" Reynolds when he gets off work tonight. Robinson was gone upon police arrival, and Reynolds advised that he would see that Robinson gets terminated and banned from the property. Reporting officer advised he would try to be at the business at midnight when comlainant gets off.
