Police Narrative:
On 10/27/06 at 18:37 hours, officer(s) Cunningham () and Flynn (2490) responded to a Call-in at 5760 Myers and victim advised she was talking to her live-in ex-boyfriend, suspect Wilson, on the phone because he wanted to talk about why she broke up with him recently, and he then showed up at her Myers residence uninvited. Victim Harris advised that his sudden appearance at her front door surprised her and she began using obscenity, and that he grabbed her by her right arm, at which point she struggled to get free, and she hit her back against the door frame. Harris signed a hold harmless agreement, and left to spend the night at the residence of her emergency contact. Suspect Wilson was not on the scene while police were there.
