Police Narrative:
On 10/27/06 at 04:12 hours, officer(s) Agnew (6375) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 4999 shelby dr and Anonymous advised his listed property was inside of his listed vehicle when he was approach by a female black that asked could she clean his vehicle . Victim advised he allowed the female black to clean his vehicle and when she was finish he notice that his listed property was gone . Victim advised he did not see the female black take his listed property . Victim could not provide any additional information regarding this incident . Victim received a victims rights form .
