Police Narrative:
On 10/25/06 at 04:36 hours, officer(s) Moore () and Sullivan (1096) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4285 willow park drive and complainant advised that his roomates were fighting and were doing damage to the house. Officers made the scene and suspect advised the he was on the phone and suspect entered the room kicking and hitting. suspect. suspect advised that they were having a conversation and suspect began pushing her. complainant advised that this was in regards to a ending relationship. Both victims completed holdharmless forms and declined transpotation. suspect was transported by unit 28 non-critical to St. Francis hospital.
