Police Narrative:
On 10/20/06 at 02:04 hours, officer(s) Agnew (6375) responded to a Aggravated Assault/DV at 6327 Bent oak lane and victim advised suspect and himself was in the bedroom having a conversation when it turned into argument . victim advised suspect left the bedroom and went the kitchen and grabbed a knife and also went to the garage and got a lug nut and return to the bedroom with them and approach him in a intimidated way and stating ive will kill you . victim advised at that time suspect swang the lug nut at him striking him on the leftside of his face . victim advised suspect then left the scene . victim refused medical treatment . victim could not provide any additional information regarding this incident .
