Police Narrative:
On 10/20/06 at 05:32 hours, officer(s) Woods (1360) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 3492 Venable and victim advised her friend Tasha let her dogs out at approximately 1500 10/19/06 and at approximately 1630 Tasha came out to bring the dogs in and they could not be found/located. victim advised that m/b known as Chris who resides at had been making remarks about "something happening" to her dogs and suspects he may have had some involvement with the dogs disappearing. victim admits she has not physically seen m/b Chris with her dogs and does not believe her dogs would come to him if called.
