Police Narrative:
On 10/20/06 at 01:39 hours, officer(s) T.Edwards (1038) and D Flynn (2499) responded to a Burglary/Business at 6415 East Raines and the Reporting Officer advised that he received a suspious person call on 4245 Lady Slipper Lane and was advised of two suspious male blacks who was occupying a 87 Dodge Ram van vin#2b6hb23w8hk299146 which comes back to Tn tag MHJ353 to a David Mixon of 2969 Charles Bryan, Bartlett . The vehicle was bearing Tn tag 232 FVB which belongs to a 76 Chevy Monte Carlo to a Princeton Moody of 3116 Sunrise, Memphis/. The to unknown males walked north behind 6404 Trillium Trail which leads to the rear of the Family Dollar at 6415 Raines Road were officers discovered a 4 by 4 foot hole cut out behind the business and the alarm wiring cut. Video show that the unknown suspect was inside the business at 2335 and officers on scene with the van at 2338. The complaintanr advised she could not tell at this time what was taken, but believe that the safe was the target. No prints of value at the scene and no witnesses.
