Police Narrative:
On 10/18/06 at 19:43 hours, officer(s) M.Wallace (6343) responded to a Intimidation at 4571 Trout Valley and victim advised that suspect 1 has called and made threats on her life and her children. Victim 1 stated that suspect 1 and other members of her family have assaulted her and her children in the past and that she is currently presuing the matters in court and that suspect 1 has been charged along with other members of her family. Victim 1 advised that suspect 1 has made threats to shoot up her home if she did not drop the charges. Victim 1 has suspect 1 on video infront of her home yelling and cursing and also on her cell phone on recorder making threats.
