Police Narrative:
On 10/18/06 at 19:24 hours, officer(s) Cunningham () and Flynn (2499) responded to a Call-in at 6368 Treadway Trail and victim advised her son, suspect, came to her home (where suspect lives with his girlfriend and their child) drunk tonight, and got into an argument with her husband Marvin Heine and her, leading suspect to push her down just outside her house. victim advised he tried to do it again, but a washtub sink obstrucked him. victim advised that she has lupus and a heart condition, and was visibly upset and crying. suspect had left the scene before officers arrival. victim signed a hold harmless agreement and remained on the scene.
