Police Narrative:
On 10/16/06 at 12:18 hours, officer(s) McDaniel, J. S. (5658) responded to a Intimidation at 2160 E Rivertrace Drive and victim advised that she someone had wrote the words "ASS WIPE" on the hand railing outside her front door a couple of weeks ago. victim stated that she has been having an ongoing problem with the neighbor below her. Victim advised that the neighbor downstairs is always loud and disturbing at all times of the day and night. victim stated that she filed a complaint with the leasing office against the suspect, and now things have increased. Someone has now wrote the number "6" beside ass wipe with an arrow pointing to her apartment. victim believes the suspect is responsible. The victim has filed a formal written complaint to Apartment management.
