On 10/16/06 at 03:31 hours, officer(s) Agnew (6375) responded to a Burglary/Residential at 4417 Valley Cove and victim advised she was laying in bed when she heard a loud noise in her garage . victim advised she got up to see what the noise was and she advised she went to the garage door window and took a look out the window and she notice a what it appear to be a human figure inside her listed vehicle . victim advised she ran to the phone and called 911 . victim advised when she saw the police outside she took another look out of her garage door window and the human figure was gone . victim could not provide any suspect or additional information regarding this incident . victim received a victims rights form .
